Global Care Health shall not be liable for any medical outcomes, complications, or adverse events arising from treatment received at partner hospitals. Our liability is strictly limited to our facilitation services. We make no warranties regarding the medical outcomes of any treatment. Patients are responsible for making their own informed decisions in consultation with their treating physicians.
